For 30 years Spadone White Sidewall Grinding Machines have been grinding the sidwalls into the world's best tires. They are designed for accurate and economical grinding of tire sidewalls and raised letters; and are available in manual or fully automatic models. The Model 3 features automatic setup from tire identification codes that can read from memory, bar codes readers or networks.

Spadone Protective Paint Spray Station

The Protective Paint Spray Station applies protective paint after grinding. The station receives the tire direct from the sidewall grinder. The adjustable spray nozzle moves in response to the predetermined set points for the tire. 'Stand alone' models are also available.
