Slit Cut Machines

Spadone Automatic Slit and Cut Machines are designed to slit materials into multiple strips that can then be cut to varying lengths. The machine combines the best features of Spadone Automatic Guillotine Cutters and Slitters in a versatile, safe and economical package. Standard models can be customized for specific applications.

48" Air Guillotine Cutter w/Automatic Slit/Cut to Length

Takes up to 48" wide sheet. Automatic or manual operation. Programmable control. Fully guarded for operator safety.

Shown: Infeed conveyor with entrance roll, snub roll, drive rolls, pressure rolls; & outfeed conveyor.

Slitter: 11 scoring slitters, adjustable widths.

Available with letoff and windup. Style and number of slitters selected to meet your requirements.

Chafer Slitter

The Spadone Chafer Slitter is designed to slit standard tire cord fabrics to produce multiple chafer strips simultaneously. The unit can be position inline at the bias cutter or used as a satellite operation to slit spliced rolls fed from a letoff. Available with 4, 6 and 12 station windups.
